I tailor each session to you — whether you need deep tissue, relaxation, or a focused area like back or shoulders, we’ll decide together based on how you’re feeling.
You can choose from 30, 45, or 60 minutes depending on your needs. Shorter sessions are great for focused areas, while longer sessions allow for a full-body reset.
Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. You’ll be given privacy to undress to your comfort level, and towels or blankets will be used to keep you covered throughout.
Massage should never be unbearable. With deep tissue techniques you may feel some pressure as knots are released, but this is always adjusted to your comfort level.
Absolutely. Many clients benefit from scheduling regular massages to help manage stress, support mobility, and maintain overall wellbeing. Courses of 3 are available at a discounted rate.

You'll receive a message from me via Timely booking system with a consultation form to complete before your appointment. We'll go through everything together during your treatment.
A deposit is required to secure all bookings: £20 for standard treatments £40 for higher-value services. This will be deducted from your total, with the remaining balance due on the day.
In some cases, I may give you a quick call before confirming your booking to carry out a pre-consultation check-in and ensure the treatment is suitable for you.
A patch test is required at least 24 - 48 hours before your first lash extension treatment.
Lash extensions require regular maintenance, with infills recommended every 2 - 3 weeks to keep your lashes looking full and fresh. The exact timing depends on your natural lash cycle and how well they are cared for between appointments.
Payment plans available - just ask!
You may feel relaxed or a little tender - both are normal. Drink water, avoid heavy exercise and alcohol for the rest of the day, and keep warm. A light stretch or warm bath that evening can help. Any soreness should settle within 24 - 48 hours.
Postpone if you have fever, contagious illness, vomiting/diarrhoea, or a new injury. Not suitable with DVT, uncontrolled hypertension, severe heart/kidney disease, active skin infection, recent major surgery, or fractures.
