Still your mind and release deep tension with Zen Head Therapy- a calming treatment that works across the scalp, face, jaw, neck and shoulders. Gentle lymphatic facial massage eases jaw tightness, while focused neck and shoulder work helps relieve headaches, stress and upper-body tension. Perfect for anyone needing deep relaxation, clearer energy and complete nervous system reset.

Experience deep relaxation with a blend of gentle head, face, eye, jaw and neck massage techniques designed to release tension and calm the nervous system. This soothing treatment improves circulation and melts away the pressure that leads to headaches, eye strain, poor sleep and mental fatigue.
Targeted pressure-point work across the scalp, temples and head helps release built-up tension and soothe the areas where headaches often begin. Soothing scalp tools and hands on massage techniques stimulate circulation, ease tightness and create a deep sense of stillness.
Focused movements around the eyes, jaw, neck and shoulders encourage a deeper release-perfect for anyone needing stress relief, better sleep, or a complete mind-body reset.

“I booked the 75-minute Zen Head Therapy with Helen, which included the lymphatic facial massage along with the neck and shoulder massage, and it was one of the most relaxing treatments i've ever had. From the moment i lay down, I felt completely at ease. The lymphatic facial massage left my face feeling lighter, less puffy, and beautifully relaxed, while the neck and shoulder work melted away tension I didn't even realise I was holding. Helen's touch is calm, intuitive, and incredibly soothing. I left feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and restored, a truly nurturing treatment that I would highly recommend.”
Most clients describe it as a deeply soothing- a calming, meditative experience that melts tension from the scalp and mind. Using a blend of gentle scalp massage, carefully chosen tools, and slow, intentional movements, the treatment brings a sense of pease, clarity, and lightless. Many people drift into a dreamy, almost floating state or relaxation.
This treatment helps release tension in the scalp, jaw, neck and shoulders while supporting mental clarity, reduces overwhelm, improves sleep quality, and promotes a lighter, more balanced feeling throughout the body. Its a beautiful way to reset, unwind and reconnect with yourself.
Yes- absolutely. During your consultation we'll tailor the pressure, pace and areas of focus to suit how you're feeling on the day. You can also choose from add-ons such as lymphatic facial massage or neck and shoulder work for a deeper, more personalised session.
Just come in something comfy. The head treatment can do done fully dressed, but for the neck & shoulder option, you'll need to remove your top. You'll be covered with towels the whole times to keep you comfortable and cosy.

You'll receive a message from me via Timely booking system with a consultation form to complete before your appointment. We'll go through everything together during your treatment.
A deposit is required to secure all bookings: £20 for standard treatments £40 for higher-value services. This will be deducted from your total, with the remaining balance due on the day.
In some cases, I may give you a quick call before confirming your booking to carry out a pre-consultation check-in and ensure the treatment is suitable for you.
A patch test is required at least 24–48 hours before your first lash extension treatment.
Lash extensions require regular maintenance, with infills recommended every 2–3 weeks to keep your lashes looking full and fresh. The exact timing depends on your natural lash cycle and how well they are cared for between appointments.
Payment plans available — just ask!
