“I booked the Deep Reset trreatment with Helen, which included the lymphatic facial massage along with the neck and shoulder massage, and it was one of the most relaxing treatments i've ever had. From the moment i lay down, I felt completely at ease. The lymphatic facial massage left my face feeling lighter, less puffy, and beautifully relaxed, while the neck and shoulder work melted away tension I didn't even realise I was holding. Helen's touch is calm, intuitive, and incredibly soothing. I left feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and restored, a truly nurturing treatment that I would highly recommend.”
