A non-invasive treatment that uses HIEMT (high-intensity electromagnetic energy) to contract muscles far beyond what’s possible with exercise. Each 30-minute session is the equivalent of 20,000 crunches or squats.
A course of 8-10 sessions, spaced every 2-3 days, gives the best results. Maintenance every 4-6 weeks helps keep your results.
Most clients notice changes after 2-3 sessions, with the full effect showing 4-6 weeks after your final treatment.
No - it feels like strong muscle contractions. You might have mild post-workout soreness, but there’s no downtime.
Yes. For the best results, you’ll need to commit to your course and support it with a balanced lifestyle. Power Sculpt is a fantastic tool to enhance muscle tone and fat reduction - but it works best alongside healthy habits, not as a quick fix.
It isn’t suitable during pregnancy, if you have a pacemaker, metal implants in the area, certain medical conditions, or recent surgery. A full consultation will confirm suitability.

You'll receive a message from me via Timely booking system with a consultation form to complete before your appointment. We'll go through everything together during your treatment.
A deposit is required to secure all bookings: £20 for standard treatments £40 for higher-value services. This will be deducted from your total, with the remaining balance due on the day.
In some cases, I may give you a quick call before confirming your booking to carry out a pre-consultation check-in and ensure the treatment is suitable for you.
A patch test is required at least 24–48 hours before your first lash extension treatment.
Lash extensions require regular maintenance, with infills recommended every 2–3 weeks to keep your lashes looking full and fresh. The exact timing depends on your natural lash cycle and how well they are cared for between appointments.
