Your treatment is gentle and non-invasive, so there is little to no downtime. To maximise the benefits, we recommend:
• Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water after your session to support circulation and lymphatic drainage.
• Engage in light movement such as walking or stretching to maintain improved circulation.
• Avoid hot baths, saunas, or steam rooms for 24 hours.
• Avoid alcohol and heavy meals to reduce fluid retention and support detoxification.
• Wear comfortable clothing and avoid tight garments immediately after treatment.
• For best results, follow the recommended course consistently.
Some contraindications for compression therapy include peripheral arterial disease (PAD), where arteries are narrowed, and severe congestive heart failure, which can worsen fluid retention, as well as acute skin infections, severe neuropathy, confirmed allergies to the material, and fragile skin that could be damaged by pressure
