Frequently asked questions

What is Electro‑Infusion?

Electro‑Infusion (also known as No‑Needle Mesotherapy) is an advanced skin treatment that uses gentle pulses of low‑level electrical energy to momentarily open microscopic channels in the skin. This process, called electroporation, allows high‑grade, professional serums — the same quality used in injectable mesotherapy — to penetrate far deeper than they ever could with topical application alone.

It delivers the benefits of traditional injectable mesotherapy without needles, pain, or downtime. You can achieve visible skin rejuvenation, hydration, and targeted results with no bruising, no marks, and no recovery time.

Does it hurt?

No — the treatment is very comfortable. You may feel a mild tingling or warmth, but most clients find it relaxing.

Can I wear fake tan for my treatment, and when can I reapply it?

Please ensure your skin is completely free from fake tan before your treatment, as it can interfere with the technology and product absorption. We also recommend waiting at least 24–48 hours after your session before reapplying fake tan.

Can I have this treatment if I’ve had filler, Botox, or skin boosters like Profhilo?

Yes — but timing is important.

Please wait:

  • At least 2 weeks after having dermal fillers, Botox, Profhilo, Seventy Hyal, Jalupro, etc.
  • At least 2 weeks before your next injectable treatment.

Can I have No‑Needle Therapy after laser treatments on my face?

If you’ve had any laser treatment on your face — including for veins, pigmentation, hair removal, resurfacing, or similar — we recommend waiting at least 1–2 weeks before having No‑Needle Therapy or any other advanced facial treatments on the treated area.

This allows your skin to fully recover and reduces the risk of irritation or pigmentation. Once the area is calm and free from redness or tenderness, you can safely resume your sessions. If you’re unsure, please check with your therapist first.

Can I have it if I’m having lash treatments?

  • Under‑Eye Brightening Boost – Not suitable during lash lift, lash tint, or lash extensions.
  • Glow Booster Infusion – Can be done alongside a lash lift or tint, but not lash extensions.

What areas can be treated?

  • Under‑eyes
  • Cheeks
  • Jawline
  • Forehead
  • Smile lines
  • Neck

How many sessions will I need?

You’ll see an instant glow and hydration boost after just one session.
For deeper results, most clients benefit from a course of 4 sessions, spaced 1–2 weeks apart.
In some cases — such as targeting specific skin concerns — up to 6 sessions may be recommended for optimal results.

How often should I have it?

You can enjoy Electro‑Infusion as a one‑off glow boost before an event, or as part of a course.
We recommend:

  • 1–2 weeks apart for a short course
  • Then top‑up every 1–3 months or whenever your skin needs a boost.

Thanks to the quality of the serums and technology, results are long‑lasting — ongoing weekly sessions are not necessary.

Do I need a patch test?

A patch test may be recommended at least 24 hours before your first treatment, especially if you have sensitive skin or are new to active ingredients. We’ll discuss this during booking.

What treatments does it work well with?

Electro‑Infusion is a fantastic standalone treatment, but also works beautifully as an add‑on to enhance results from:

  • Hydro Facial – For deep cleansing, exfoliation, and then deep serum infusion.
  • Dermalux LED Light Therapy – To calm, soothe, and boost skin healing after infusion.
  • Korean Glass Skin Facial – For hydration, glow, and glass‑like skin finish.

Booking Info

You'll receive a message from me via Timely booking system with a consultation form to complete before your appointment. We'll go through everything together during your treatment.

A deposit is required to secure all bookings: £20 for standard treatments £40 for higher-value services. This will be deducted from your total, with the remaining balance due on the day.

In some cases, I may give you a quick call before confirming your booking to carry out a pre-consultation check-in and ensure the treatment is suitable for you.

A patch test is required at least 24–48 hours before your first lash extension treatment.

Lash extensions require regular maintenance, with infills recommended every 2–3 weeks to keep your lashes looking full and fresh. The exact timing depends on your natural lash cycle and how well they are cared for between appointments.

Payment plans available — just ask!
