Your exfoliation is carefully selected according to your skin on the day. Where apporoprate, the Derma 2.0 Hydrating Peel may be used to refine texture, brighten dullness and reveal smoother, more radiant-looking skin.

Frequently asked questions
How should I prep my skin?
Please avoid any exfoliating products- including AHA's, BHA's, scrubs and over-the-counter retinol-for 3days before your appointment. If you use prescription trerinoin, please stop using it for 7 days beforehand so your skin is calm, comfortable, and ready for treatment.
Arrive with clean skin if possible, but don't worry if you're coming from work- I'll start with a full cleanse.
What does it feel like?
Most clients say the Korean Glow Therapy Facial makes them feel like they're floating. It's deeply therapeutic- the kind of treatment that takes you into a dreamy, peaceful state where your whole body unwinds. The movements are soothing rhythmic, and calming, leaving you relaxed, comforted, and completely chilled from the inside out.
How will my skin look after?
Fresh, bright, and beautifully radiant. Your skin will appear smoother, more even, and deeply hydrated with that soft, dewy glass-skin glow. Expect a healthy, revitalised complexion that looks clear, plump, and naturally luminous.

You'll receive a message from me via Timely booking system with a consultation form to complete before your appointment. We'll go through everything together during your treatment.
A deposit is required to secure all bookings: £20 for standard treatments £40 for higher-value services. This will be deducted from your total, with the remaining balance due on the day.
In some cases, I may give you a quick call before confirming your booking to carry out a pre-consultation check-in and ensure the treatment is suitable for you.
A patch test is required at least 24–48 hours before your first lash extension treatment.
Lash extensions require regular maintenance, with infills recommended every 2–3 weeks to keep your lashes looking full and fresh. The exact timing depends on your natural lash cycle and how well they are cared for between appointments.

Your skin will feel hydrated, calm, and nourished after the Korean Glow Therpay Facial. To maintain your results:
For all clients: stick to a gentle skincare routine for the next 24-48 hours.
•Avoid exfoliating acids, retinol, vitamin c, tretinoin, and strong active products.
•Avoid heat, steam, saunas, hot baths and sweaty exercise on the same day.
•Wear SPF daily.
Make can be worn later the same day after the skin has settle if needed. If you had the hydrating peel, avoid make up for 24 hours.
If you had the hydrating peel: no retinol for 5 days, no tretinoin for 7 days, no AHA's/BHA's for 7 days. Avoid harsh scrubs or strong treatments for a few days to keep the skin calm and comfortable.
Not suitable with active infection, open cuts, sunburn, or severe inflamed acne on the day. If you’re highly reactive/sensitive or allergic to essential oils or certain ingredients, let Helen tailor or swap products. Leave 1–2 weeks after strong peels/laser and 2 weeks after injectables. Usually pregnancy-friendly (with adapted products and lighter massage pressure)—please mention if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
