Eyelash extensions are semi-permanent fibres applied one by one to your natural lashes using a gentle, medical-grade adhesive. I tailor the length, curl and mapping to your eye shape and the look you love - from soft and subtle to full and fluffy. You can choose from Classic, Hybrid or Russian Volume sets, and I’ll guide you to the best option for your lashes and lifestyle.
After a quick consultation, I cleanse and prime the lashes, apply soothing under-eye pads, then place each extension with precision while you lie back and relax (most clients drift off!). Your first set typically takes around 60+ minutes, depending on your natural lash line and chosen style

What do I need to do before my appointment?
Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. Avoid waterproof mascara and oil-based products for at least 24 hours beforehand.
What does the treatment feel like?
Completely comfortable. You’ll lie back and relax while lashes are applied — many clients fall asleep!
What results can I expect?
Your eyes will look more defined, lifted, and polished — no mascara needed. The look is tailored to your natural lashes and preferred style.
How does Helen personalise the look?
Helen selects lash length, curl, and thickness based on your natural lashes, eye shape, and your goals — ensuring a flattering and healthy result.
How often do I need infills?
Typically every 2–3 weeks, depending on your lash growth and care. Some clients may stretch to 4 weeks with good retention and proper aftercare.
Booking Info
You'll receive a message from me via Timely booking system with a consultation form to complete before your appointment. We'll go through everything together during your treatment.
A deposit is required to secure all bookings: £20 for standard treatments £40 for higher-value services. This will be deducted from your total, with the remaining balance due on the day.
In some cases, I may give you a quick call before confirming your booking to carry out a pre-consultation check-in and ensure the treatment is suitable for you.
A patch test is required at least 24–48 hours before your first lash extension treatment.
Lash extensions require regular maintenance, with infills recommended every 2–3 weeks to keep your lashes looking full and fresh. The exact timing depends on your natural lash cycle and how well they are cared for between appointments.
