What do I need to do before my appointment?
Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes to ensure the best possible results. Please avoid waterproof mascara, lash serums, oils, or oil-based skincare around the eye area for at least 24 hours beforehand. If you wear contact lenses, you may wish to remove them before your appointment for added comfort.
What does the treatment feel like?
The treatment is completely comfortable and deeply relaxing. you'll lie back and rest while your lashes are carefully treated, many clients find the experience so calming that they drift off to sleep.
What results can I expect?
Your lashes will look more lifted, defined, and polished, opening up the eyes and enhancing your natural features. Results are tailored to your individual lashes and chosen style, creating a soft, effortless finish with no mascara needed.
How does Helen personalise the look?
Every set is fully tailored to you. Helen carefully considers your natural lash health, eye shape, lifestyle, and desired finish, selecting the most suitable lash length, curl, and thickness to enhance your features while keeping your natural lashes strong and healthy.
How often do I need infills?
Most clients return every 2-3 weeks to maintain a full, even look. With good aftercare and natural lash retention, some clients are able to extend this up to 4 weeks. Helen will always advise the best schedule for your lashes at your appointment.
Booking Info
You'll receive a message from me via Timely booking system with a consultation form to complete before your appointment. We'll go through everything together during your treatment.
A deposit is required to secure all bookings: £20 for standard treatments £40 for higher-value services. This will be deducted from your total, with the remaining balance due on the day.
In some cases, I may give you a quick call before confirming your booking to carry out a pre-consultation check-in and ensure the treatment is suitable for you.
A patch test is required at least 24–48 hours before your first lash extension treatment.
Lash extensions require regular maintenance, with infills recommended every 2–3 weeks to keep your lashes looking full and fresh. The exact timing depends on your natural lash cycle and how well they are cared for between appointments.
