Is a Lash Lift Right for You?
Not suitable for clients who have:
- Active eye infections or recent eye surgery
- Extremely short or sparse lashes
- Known allergies to lash perming products
- Ongoing cancer treatment or recent completion of it
- Significant hormonal imbalances that may affect lash behaviour
- Are currently pregnant or breastfeeding – unbalanced hormones during this time can affect the outcome of the lash lift

What should I do before the treatment?
Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. Avoid oil-based products and waterproof mascara for 24 hours beforehand. A patch test is required before your first appointment.
What does it feel like?
Totally painless and very relaxing — you’ll simply lie back and close your eyes. Many clients find the process so calming they fall asleep.
What results can I expect?
Your lashes will look longer, more lifted, and defined. The effect is instantly eye-opening and continues to develop slightly over the next 24 hours.
How often can I have a lash lift?
Every 6–10 weeks, depending on your lash growth cycle. Helen will recommend the best timing based on your lash condition.
Booking Info
You'll receive a message from me via Timely booking system with a consultation form to complete before your appointment. We'll go through everything together during your treatment.
A deposit is required to secure all bookings: £20 for standard treatments £40 for higher-value services. This will be deducted from your total, with the remaining balance due on the day.
In some cases, I may give you a quick call before confirming your booking to carry out a pre-consultation check-in and ensure the treatment is suitable for you.
A patch test is required at least 24–48 hours before your first lash extension treatment.

Aftercare Tips – First 48 Hours
- Keep lashes dry (avoid steam, water, and humidity)
- Avoid steam, saunas, or heat
- Skip mascara or eye makeup
- Avoid rubbing or touching your lashes
- Gently brush lashes daily with a clean wand
