Treatment Overview
A lash lift (also known as an LVL Lash Lift) is a natural lash treatment designed to lift, curl and define your own lashes from the root, creating the appearance of longer, fuller lashes without extensions.
Each lash lift is carefully tailored to your natural lash length and eye shape, opening up the eyes and giving a fresh, wide-awake look. A lash tint on the upper lashes is included to enhance depth and definition, resulting in a soft, mascara-like finish.
Results typically last 6-8 weeks, making this a low-maintenance option for those who want beautifully lifted lashes with minimal upkeep.

Is a Lash Lift Right for You?
A lash lift is suitable for most clients, however it may not be recommended if you currently have:
- Active eye infections or very recent eye surgery
- Extremely short, sparse or damaged lashes
- Known sensitivities or allergies to lash lifting products
- Ongoing cancer treatment or have recently completed treatment
- Hormonal changes that may affect lash growth or results (including pregnancy or breastfeeding)
If you’re unsure, Helen will assess your lashes and medical history during consultation to ensure treatment is safe and suitable for you.
What should I do before the treatment?
Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. Avoid oil-based products and waterproof mascara for 24 hours prior to your appointment, as these can affect the results. A patch test is required before your first lash lift to ensure suitability.
What does it feel like?
A lash lift is completely painless and deeply relaxing. You'll lie back comfortably with your eyes closed while the treatment is carried out. Many clients find it so calming that they drift off during their appointment.
How long do results last?
Results typically last 6-8 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle and aftercare.
How often can I have a lash lift?
Most clients can have a lash lift every 6–8 weeks allowing the lashes to complete a full growth cycle between treatments. To keep your natural lashes healthy and achieve the best long-term results, Helen will always assess your lash condition and recommend the ideal timing for you.
Booking Info
You'll receive a message from me via Timely booking system with a consultation form to complete before your appointment. We'll go through everything together during your treatment.
A deposit is required to secure all bookings: £20 for standard treatments £40 for higher-value services. This will be deducted from your total, with the remaining balance due on the day.
In some cases, I may give you a quick call before confirming your booking to carry out a pre-consultation check-in and ensure the treatment is suitable for you.
A patch test is required at least 24–48 hours before your first lash extension treatment.

Aftercare Tips – First 48 Hours
To allow your lash lift to fully set and achieve the best results, please follow these simple aftercare guidelines:
- Keep lashes dry- avoid steam, water, and humidity
- Avoid saunas, and steam rooms
- Avoid mascara and eye makeup
- Do not rub or touch the lashes
- Gently brush lashes daily using a clean lash wand
After the first 48 hours, you can return to your normal routine and enjoy your beautifully lifted, low-maintenance lashes.
